I'm absolutely astonished that my iPhone 4 and Mac Book Pro 13 didn't do magic tricks when put together! This is so not Apple!
There is absolutely no file fluidness via AirDrop from Mac to iPhone or vice versa. When clicking on the Finder window, then AirDrop, the scan finds nothing, even though my iPhone 4 is on and bluetooth enabled. How does a person share things between their mobility device and their home Apple computer? Apple was proud to announce AirDrop as a new feature in the new version of OS X Lion, yet it seems half complete.
There is an appcalled AirDrop Pro in the app store that looks like such a utility, but it's just a time wasting game.
I'm beginning to wonder if Apple rolled out OS X Lion before the utilities were polished.
