PROJECT LOG

2011-06-24: Aluminum Steering Console built and installed; electric box main wires cut, crimped, heat shrink, labeled.

2011-06-23: Electric Box configured

2011-06-21: Battery Retainer frame redone

2011-03-02: Today

2011-03-01: Fabrication of battery box, frame rails, rear posts, and layout of over motor carriage framework.

2011-02-11: The front wheels for both Bob's Model T and Frisky Horse came in today. It's amazing how dominating a mower becomes with a fresh set of wheels and rubbers.

2011-02-18: Rear end pillow block framework designed and tacked.

2011-02-10: We picked up a kart load of batteries today: 24 Thundersky 90AH. Since the 60's had been sold out, we went with the 90's, however, they require more space! The 90's fit in beautifully without the intermediate sandwich plates.

2011-02-09: The front wheel hubs came in, and have been installed. The double taper bearing front wheel 4 on 4 hubs fit and work beautifully on our 3/4 wheel spindles. Designing of motor undercarriage and pillow block placement.

2011-02-08: Shipment of parts arrived: Pillowblocks, chain, master links, and drive sprocket. Video update.

2011-02-07: Finished welding front axle bushing and spindle mounts. Primered, mounted front axle & motor, welded motor undercarriage mount and installed.
