While traveling through Fort Worden State Park, this Ranger dude on his bicycle approached my friend and I and downright proceeded to tell us we weren't allowed in there on our motorized foot scooters. We pulled out our cards that explained the RCW's relative to our devices. He grossly road his bike in another direction in frustration.
